    Monthly Average Balance (MAB) means the summation of each end-day balance recorded in the Lady’s Savings Account for each calendar month divided by the number of calendar days for that month.

    UOB Lady’s Savings Account holder aged between 19 – 61 years old (Age Next Birthday) is eligible for the female cancer coverage.

Your monthly Sum Covered awarded would be reflected in your Personal Internet Banking or UOB TMRW screen under Account Summary – UOB Lady’s Savings Account. The Sum Covered is based on the Lady’s Savings Account Monthly Average Balance (MAB) in the past calendar month.

The complimentary female cancer coverage commences after 30 days waiting period from the date you open the
UOB Lady’s Savings Account (Cover Start Date).

Yes, 30 calendar days waiting period applies and no claim will be payable from Cover Start Date (account opening date).

We do not pay in any of the following circumstances:

  • UOB Lady’s Savings Account holder is diagnosed as having any of the covered female cancers within 30 days from the Cover Start Date (account opening date) and does not survive 7 days from the date of diagnose;
  • caused directly or indirectly by self-inflicted injuries, while sane or insane; or
  • any Pre-Existing Conditions;
  • Secondary cancer, which has originated from other organs and spread to the female genital tract and breast, carcinoma-in-situ (non-invasive cancer), and tumors in the presence of any human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)

    The sum covered will no longer apply. However, you are still eligible to redeem the Health Screening vouchers on a yearly basis, subject to meeting the requirements.

    No, at any time, each UOB Lady's Savings Account holder can only maintain one (1) UOB Lady's Savings Account. The coverage will cease when a claim has been successfully made and the sum covered is paid.

    No, each UOB Lady’s Savings Account holder can only redeem one (1) health screening voucher in one (1) calendar year. The health screening benefit is transferable by you to a loved one. Click HERE for full list of BP Healthcare nationwide location.
