About the transition of Citi's Consumer Banking businesses and branch operations to UOB

Warm greetings from UOB.

We are delighted to connect and communicate with you during this transition period.

The migration of Citi’s Consumer Banking Business products and services will be carried out in phases. There will be no immediate change to the way you bank with Citi until migration is complete. At every point, we will provide clear communication to you about any changes to your products and services. It is our absolute ambition to complete this migration as seamless as possible.

Throughout the transition period, you may find updates and information here, and continue to be supported by Citi’s consumer teams until the migration is complete. You may still access and manage your Citi accounts as usual, using your existing Citi cards, app and services - including Citi Mobile® App, Citibank Online, CitiPhone®, ATMs and Citi branches, even after their rebranding to UOB ("former Citi branches”, listed here) from April 2023 onwards. During this transition period, Citi has provided UOB with a licence to use Citi trademarks in relation to Citi’s Consumer Banking business.
