• Sole Proprietors, Partnerships or Private Limited Companies.
• Minimum 3 years in business.
• Company must be registered in Malaysia and controlled by Malaysian residents.

Documents Required
A. Sole Proprietor / Partnerships

  • Identification Documents of the Sole Proprietor / all Partners.
  • Form A & Form D.
  • 6 months bank statement of main operating account.
  • Latest Form B/BE (Income Tax form) for Sole Proprietor / all Partners.
  • Professional Certificate (if applicable).
  • Management financials (3 years).

B. Company

  • Identification Documents of Directors / Shareholders / Guarantors.
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association.
  • Certificate of Incorporation (Form 9).
  • Form 24, 49, 44.
  • 6 months bank statement of all major operating accounts.
  • Latest Form B (Income Tax form) of Directors / Shareholders / Guarantors.
  • Latest Audited Financial Statement.

2 UOBM will process the customer’s application for BizMoney on the next working day (working day excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) upon receiving full and satisfactory documents from applicants.
