Our Deposit Referencing service allows you and your customers to deposit at any of our 45 Branches nationwide. Each deposit is allocated with a reference number for payment identification. You may download the information to your Account Receivables system to facilitate easy reconciliation.

 

As a value-added service, we offer UOB Express Service to you. You can request us to collect cheques from your office or your customers' or agents' locations. We can arrange for same-day or next-day courier pick-up from your designated locations. The frequencies of collections available are daily, twice-weekly, or thrice-weekly for your convenience.

 

This new service enables you to have faster accessibility to your cleared funds from Singapore Dollar (SGD) cheques drawn on Singapore banks. The clearing cycle will be reduced to three (3) working days instead of at least five (5) working days, thereby improving your cash flow and liquidity.

Using this, merchants can initiate recurring collection of payments from buyers via UOB Infinity. This is suitable for merchants who have customers paying on a fixed or regular basis. Click here for more information.
