It does not matter. This plan pays upon Accidental Death and Disability, and other related benefit such as Hospital Income. However if your hospitalisation was due to High Blood Pressure, then we will not pay out your claim on Hospital Income due to Illness, as this is a pre-existing condition.
Anyone between the age of 18 and 65 years old can enroll for this plan. The policy can be renewed up to age 75 years old: i.e. the policy will terminate when the insured attains 76 years of age. However, anyone with physical disablement is not allowed to purchase the plan.

Pre-existing illness shall mean disabilities that the Insured Person has reasonable knowledge of. An Insured Person may be considered to have reasonable knowledge of a pre-existing condition where the condition is one for which:-
a. The Insured Person had received or is receiving treatment;
b. Medical advice, diagnosis, care or treatment has been recommended;
c. Clear and distinct symptoms are or were evident; or
d. Its existence would have been apparent to a reasonable person in the circumstances.
