Effective 1 July 2024, any increase to your transaction limits for online banking will only take effect after a 12-hour cooling-off period.

This added layer of security helps prevent large sums from being transferred out of your account(s) immediately in case the limit increase was initiated by fraudsters.

If you're reducing your existing transaction limits, the change will take effect immediately.

You can still perform transactions within your current limits during the 12-hour cooling-off period.
