1. How do I know if I am eligible for Easi-Payment Plan?
You are eligible to apply if you are a UOB Principal Credit cardmember who has up to 5 unbilled transactions with a minimum of RM500 in total, not over limit or with overdue payments.
2. Is there a limit on the number of times I can convert my unbilled transactions into instalments?
You can convert as many times as you like provided you meet the eligibility requirements as stated above.
3. What is the difference between Easi-Payment Plan and Balance Conversion?
| Easi-Payment Plan | Easi-Payment Plan allows you to convert specific unbilled transactions with a minimum amount of RM500 (made up of either a single or a combination of up to 5 transactions) into instalments. |
| Balance Conversion | Balance Conversion allows you to convert your entire outstanding statement balance into instalments with a minimum statement balance of RM1,000. |
4. Can I settle my Easi-Payment Plan before its maturity? Are there any early termination penalty?
Yes, you can settle your Easi-Payment Plan before its maturity. There will be an early termination penalty up to 5% on you remaining outstanding balance.
