Statement of Account

Starting from October 2020 onwards, all deliveries for the physical copies of the Statement of Account will be discontinued.


What we will do for you

  • The Bank will auto enroll customers to the Bank’s e-Statement service by phases. This will apply to all customers who have individual Conventional and/or Islamic accounts and products with UOB. Where customers have more than one account with UOB, the monthly e-Statement will be consolidated into one single e-statement.

  • Effective October 2020, customers will receive their consolidated statement electronically via UOB Personal Internet Banking. Customers can view and download their e-Statement by logging onto UOB Personal Internet Banking.

  • The following accounts will NOT be included into the consolidated monthly e-Statement and customers will continue to receive individual periodic statements either electronically or physically (except for passbook based accounts):-
    • One Account (e-Statement only)
    • Stash Account (e-Statement only)
    • Accounts with Passbook feature
    • FunSavers Account (Passbook only)
    • Investment Account
    • Housing / Term Loan
    • Home / Term Financing
    • Credit Card
    • Personal Loan


What you will need to do

Step 1

Click on the “Register Now!” to register for Personal Internet Banking

Step 2

Key in the required information:

  • Identification Number Type and Number
  • ID Issuing Country
  • Email Address
  • Date of Birth

Step 3

Read and agree with the Terms and Conditions of UOB Personal Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and e-Statement Service by ticking the checkbox, then click “Next” to proceed.

Step 4

Verify the last 4 digits of your mobile number registered with UOB, then click “Next” to proceed.

Step 5

Enter the 6-digits SMS-OTP sent to your mobile, then click “Next” to proceed with OTP authentication.

Step 6a

Enter your Debit / Credit Card / Account Number and Card PIN, and then click “Next” to proceed.

  OR

Step 6b

Select “I don’t have Credit/Debit Card” and then selects Account Type:

  • Key in the Current/Saving or Loan account number
  • Then, select “Next”

Step 7

Create the following:

  • Your Username with 8 to 24 alphanumeric characters with at least 1 alphabet.
  • Your Password with 8 to 24 alphanumeric characters.
  • Then, click “Register” to create your account.

Step 8

Once registration is successful; please click “Login” to proceed to the login screen.

Once you have received a notification that your consolidated e-Statement is ready for viewing, You may log into UOB Personal Internet Banking to retrieve it.

How to Enrol for e-Statement

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to UOB Personal Internet Banking at https://pib.uob.com.my

  2. Select "Account Services" from the left navigation menu.

  3. Select  “Manage e-Statement

  4. Select “e-Statement on Internet Banking” for the selected account and click “Submit

How to View Your e-Statements

To view and download your e-Statements, please follow these steps:

  1. Logon to UOB Personal Internet Banking at https://pib.uob.com.my

  2. Click on “Overview” from the left navigation menu and select “e-Statement” from the drop-down list

  3. Click on the latest month statement to download and view your most recent statement

No. There will be no statements generated for Passbook Savings Account.

No enrolment is required. Once you have successfully registered for our UOB Personal Internet Banking, all your Deposits Conventional and/or Islamic accounts will be auto-consolidated respectively after the auto-conversion exercise. Except ONE Account and Stash Account where the accounts are on individual e-Statement only.

No. Your e-Statement in UOB Personal Internet Banking will consists of the two different e- Statements instead of the consolidated e-Statement.

You may walk in to any UOB branches during operating hours to update all your statement account to one common mailing address in order to receive consolidated e-Statement format or you may update a common mailing address for all statement accounts via Personal Internet Banking at https://pib.uob.com.my.

  • Login to UOB Personal Internet Banking
  • Select “My Profile” from left navigation menu.
  • Select “Change of address ”
  • Select “Account” and proceed to update for the mailing address.

Yes. The self-enrolment is always made available to UOB Personal Internet Banking customer to enroll for e-Statement anytime and anywhere, just log in via Personal Internet Banking at https://pib.uob.com.my.

  • Login to UOB Personal Internet Banking
  • Select Account Services from left navigation menu.
  • Select “Manage eStatement”
  • Select “eStatement on Internet Banking” for the selected account and “Submit”

Yes, you can save your e-Statement by downloading to a storage devise of your choice..

  • Login to UOB Personal Internet Banking
  • Select Overview from left navigation menu.
  • Click on “e-Statement”
  • Select account & statement month and starts downloading e-Statement
  • Open the downloaded PDF file to view e-Statement

Yes, your statement will remain on the same cycle. In fact, with e-Statement, you will receive your statement faster because you won’t have to wait for the mail.

The e-Statement option is available for all Deposits Conventional and/or Islamic account statements for Individual customers.

You will receive a monthly email notifying you that your Deposits Conventional and/or Islamic product e-Statement is ready for viewing.

For new UOB Personal Internet Banking customer, your e-Statement will be available for viewing for up to maximum of 60 months online, commencing from the date you signed up for e- Statement.


For existing UOB PIB customer, you will be able to view up to 60 months historical statement online, starting from November 2019 statement onwards.
