General Conditions:
- Fees and charges levied on the bank's products and services are made available at our branches, corporate website, relevant marketing materials and product brochures for ease of reference for our customers.
- Fees & charges are also available upon request through our call centres and customer service teams.
- Any changes to the fees and charges as well as other terms and conditions of the products and services shall be communicated to the customers with sufficient notice.
- Details of the charges and the basis for ad-hoc charges will be provided to customers to ensure full transparency and disclosure.
