Effective 1 September 2026, Principal Cardmembers may now access Plaza Premium Lounges in Malaysia by presenting the physical card and boarding pass, providing greater flexibility and convenience. No app is required.

 
Each Cardmember may present only 1 UOB credit card per lounge visit, regardless of the number of eligible UOB credit cards held. Applicable charges will be charged to the UOB Visa Infinite Principal Card account within 120 calendar days from the lounge access date if multiple eligible UOB principal credit cards are used or if the access is utilised by a Supplementary Cardmember.

Effective 1 September 2026, the following updates have been made to the booking requirements, mileage limits and luggage capacity for Local Airport Transfer via UOB Visa Infinite Concierge:

• The complimentary ride must be scheduled within 90 calendar days from the Qualifying Period (i.e. the date of the first qualifying transaction contributing to the cumulative spend requirement). Please refer to clause 1(a)(d) of the updated T&Cs for an illustrative example.
• Limited to one (1) pick-up location per journey to KLIA1 or KLIA2 and is subject to a maximum travel distance of 70 kilometres from the Cardmember’s pick-up address. Additional charges for distance exceeding 70 kilometres will apply and must be borne by the Cardmember.
• Each booking is limited to a maximum of 4 passengers with up to 2 large suitcases and up to 2 pieces of medium-sized cabin luggage, subject to vehicle capacity.

For instant booking via Grab app, the chargeback review period has been extended from 90 to 120 calendar days. If the Principal Cardmember does not meet the minimum spend requirement of RM5,000, the full fare of the Grab ride up to RM120 will be charged to the UOB Visa Infinite Principal Card.
