• Principal cardmember to redeem up to 12 rides to KLIA per calendar year and limited to one (1) redemption per calendar month via the 2 options below:

Option 1: UOB Visa Infinite Concierge

• For redemption, principal cardmember may contact UOB Visa Infinite Concierge by calling +603 26123399 or emailing UOBcustomerservice@UOB.com.my
• Booking must be made at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled pick-up date.

Option 2: Grab app

• Principal cardmember may make an instant booking from any location within Klang Valley with a drop-off location set to KLIA Terminal 1 or KLIA Terminal 2 using promo code “VIKLIA”
• Capped at RM120 per promo code redemption. Any amount exceeding RM120 will be charged to your principal UOB Visa Infinite Card.
• For the promo code to be valid, your principal UOB Visa Infinite Card must be linked to the Grab app. Click here for the redemption steps.

For the avoidance of doubt, a Principal Cardmember who redeems the Grab promo code may proceed with the booking. However, in the event that Principal Cardmember fails to meet the minimum spend requirement of RM5,000, a redemption is made using a supplementary card or redemption is more than one (1) time per month with combination of redemption from booking via UOB Visa Infinite Concierge, UOB Malaysia will charge the full fare of the Grab ride to KLIA, up to RM120 to the UOB Visa Infinite principal card account within the next 90 calendar days from the date of redemption.
