The Kill Switch is a self-service security feature that allows you to disable your digital access on the Personal Internet Banking and UOB TMRW app instantly to protect your funds from online scams and enhance your online banking security.
Account Information
- Enquire on balance of current and/or savings account as well as credit cards
- Enquire on Credit Card application status
- UNIRM Rewards redemption
- Change Telephone PIN (TPIN)
SMS One Time Password (OTP)
You can now access your account information via Phone Banking by entering your NRIC or card number and subsequently with a one-time password sent via SMS to your registered mobile number. Please ensure that your mobile number is updated, and it is switched on.
To update your mobile number, please visit any UOB branch or send us a completed Personal Data Correction Form.
