The easiest way to do your banking
You can now access your account information via Phone Banking by entering your NRIC or card number and subsequently with a one-time password sent via SMS to your registered mobile number. Please ensure that your mobile number is updated, and it is switched on.
To update your mobile number, please visit any UOB branch or send us a completed Personal Data Correction Form.

There are 2 ways you can use the Kill Switch to instantly protect your funds if you suspect that you’ve been scammed:
Call UOB Malaysia’s Fraud Reporting Hotline (+603 2612 8100)
Press 1 to speak to an agent to report the suspected fraudulent transaction(s)
Press 2 disable your Internet and Mobile Banking Access (Self-Serve) immediately
Once the digital access is disabled, you will receive an email and SMS notification and any active login session will be immediately logged out.
To re-activate your digital access, please visit your nearest UOB branch for assistance.
