About UOB Access

What is UOB Access?
chevron

UOB Access is a digital security token embedded in your smartphone to authorise all your UOB Personal Internet Banking and UOB TMRW transactions. When registering for UOB Access, you must set up a 6-digit Secure PIN in the UOB TMRW app. The Secure PIN acts as your personal authentication code to verify online banking transactions.

The 6-digit Secure PIN is an additional layer of security to verify that you are the authorised person to authenticate UOB Personal Internet Banking and UOB TMRW transactions, such as fund transfers, adding beneficiaries, changing your credit card PIN, updating personal particulars, and requesting a transaction limit change. The UOB Access Secure PIN is also required when launching UOB Access to manually generate a One-Time Password.

To register, the following is required:

The confirmation call is an additional security measure to safeguard your banking experience and prevent unauthorised access.

Effective 21 April 2025, if you have not called us to confirm your request by the end of the 12-hour cooling off period, your Secure PIN will not be activated for UOB Access, and your login to UOB Personal Internet Banking and UOB TMRW app will be restricted. Effective 21 April 2025, your login to both UOB Personal Internet Banking and UOB TMRW app will be restricted, and you will not be able to proceed with your transactions until you call UOB Contact Centre to confirm your request. It will require up to 2 hours for access to be reinstated. We recommend that you call in during the 12-hour cooling off period to avoid disruption to your online banking services.
