  1. The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of UOB credit and debit cards issued in Malaysia. Discount will be reflected at the payment page after keying valid card details and payment must be made with a UOB Card in order to enjoy the Promotion.

  3. Offer is available on first come, first served basis, with limited redemptions.
  4. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  5. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount cards, loyalty programs, vouchers, discounted items or fixed price items.
  6. The Promotion is valid for bookings on the Site made during the Promotion Period and concluded within the stated Stay Period.
  7. The Promotion is available to the eligible cardholders (in good standing) of United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) credit/debit card which: bears UOB’s name or logo on the face of the card; or refers to a member of the UOB Group (including but not limited to subsidiaries of UOB) as an issuer or a participant partner on the back of the card, including any co-branded/affinity card issued by any members of the UOB Group.
  8. Cardholders must settle payment of any reservation with their eligible UOB credit/debit card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
  9. The Promotion is available to UOB’s customers.
  10. The Promotion is applicable to select accommodations marked as eligible for promotion in designated destinations made through a dedicated Site at: www.agoda.com/uobmy.
  11. The Promotion is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and similar charges).
  12. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Site after entering a valid and eligible UOB credit or debit card number.
  13. The Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change at any time. In the event of any ambiguity, these General terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with Agoda’s and/or UOB’s interpretation. The Promotion is subject to further terms and conditions of UOB, accessible via: https://www.uob.com.my/personal/cards/all-cards.page.
  14. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Site.
  15. All bookings made through the Site are at all times subject to Agoda’s Terms of Use at agoda.com and other policies then in effect.
  16. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Agoda will not be liable to you in connection with the Promotion, the privilege/discount, these General Terms and Conditions or any other related subject matter.
  17. Agoda’s rights in relation to these General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and other stated policies are complementary to the maximum extent possible, and nothing herein shall be construed so as to limit, restrict, or otherwise adversely affect any other rights of Agoda.
  18. If any part of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue to be valid and to the limited extent necessary will be replaced with such new terms having similar effect.

  2. Details of promotion as follows:
    • 16% off (capped at USD60) for Zenith Card
    • 12% off (capped at USD45) for PRVI Miles Elite, Lady’s Solitaire and World Card
    • 8% off (capped at USD25) for all other Mastercard Cards
  3. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form after entering payment details of an eligible UOB Mastercard card.
  4. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
  5. The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of properties made through the Agoda-Mastercard campaign redirect or via the designated URL on web, app and mobile website.
  6. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
  7. The APP promotion eligibility will expire if the cardholders do not finish checkout within 2 hours of campaign redirect.
  8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
  9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and local language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  10. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Mastercard and/or Agoda shall be final.
  11. Mastercard and/or Agoda can change the terms & conditions at any time.
  12. Mastercard’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding on the cardholder and Mastercard is not obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion.

  3. The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at following URL: agoda.com/visamy.
  4. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Visa and/or Agoda shall be final.
  5. The Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid” ,“Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
  6. The Promotion discount for 7% offer is capped at USD100 per transaction, on first come first served basis.
  7. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
  8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
  9. Visa and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
  10. The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Visa and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at Visa’s sole discretion and for which Visa is solely responsible and liable.
