  1. Promotion Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive). Limited promotion quotas available. The promotion may end earlier once all available promotion quotas have been fully redeemed.
  2. During the Promotion Period, eligible Mastercard cardholders may enjoy the following offers when completing qualifying purchases in Mainland China using Alipay: Promotion 1 - Eligible users who link an eligible Mastercard credit, debit, or prepaid card to their Alipay account for the first time will receive one RMB30 coupon. The coupon can only be applied to new linked Mastercard card transactions of RMB300 or more. The coupon will be valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance; Promotion 2 - Eligible users who have already linked an eligible Mastercard credit, debit, or prepaid card to their Alipay account will receive an instant discount of RMB30 at checkout when completing a single eligible transaction of RMB1,000 or more with their linked Mastercard card in Mainland China.
  3. An “eligible Mastercard” refers to a Mastercard-branded credit and debit issued in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, or Vietnam.
  4. “First-time linkage” refers strictly to users linking an eligible Mastercard card to Alipay for the first time historically, based on Alipay account records. Users who previously linked an eligible Mastercard card to Alipay are not eligible for Promotion 1, even if the card is later unlinked and relinked.
  5. This promotion is valid only for eligible transactions completed in Mainland China using Alipay. 
  6. Each eligible Alipay account may receive Promotion 1 only once during the Promotion Period. For Promotion 2, each eligible transaction may receive only one instant discount during the Promotion Period, subject to available quotas.
  7. Each Alipay account is identified based on a combination of factors including but not limited to Alipay account number, identification document number, mobile phone number, mobile device, and bank card number. If any two or more transactions share one or more of these identifiers, they may be regarded as belonging to the same user for the purposes of this promotion.
  8. Coupons and instant discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other substitutes. Promotion benefits cannot be combined within the same transaction.
  9. Coupons issued under Promotion 1 are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance and will expire automatically thereafter if unused. Expired coupons will not be reissued, extended, or compensated.
  10. If a qualifying transaction is canceled or refunded, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid after application of any coupon or instant discount. Any used coupon or instant discount will not be returned, reinstated, or reissued following a cancellation or refund.
  11. Cardholders participating in this promotion shall comply with relevant laws and regulations as well as the rules of this event. Mastercard reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder engaging in a practice, that is interpreted by Mastercard to be a violation, from participating in the promotion, or to cancel or revoke any reward that has been given on its sole judgment or through the card issuing bank. Such a violation can include any means or tools contrary to good faith, including manipulating any system vulnerability or plug-in, or engaging in other malicious acts, such as illegal profit making, cash out, or fake transactions.
  12. Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Mastercard”) are not liable for any product or service of any merchant. The products or services purchased by the cardholder are provided by the merchant itself. Any merchant and their products or services are not certified by Mastercard. Under no circumstances should any purchase of products or services by a cardholder at a merchant be construed as endorsed or recommended by Mastercard. Any question, dispute, or complaint that the cardholder may have with respect to products or services must be resolved directly with the merchant providing such goods or services.
  13. To the extent permitted by law, Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd. reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this event (including but not limited to eligibility, transaction hours and reward methods), suspend or cancel this event. Any amendment will take effect immediately after its announcement through relevant channels (such as websites, etc.); all information is subject to Mastercard’s official announcements. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
