  2. Payment must be made with a valid UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single receipt.
  3. Offer is valid for all room categories.
  4. Offer does not include breakfast.
  5. Offer is capped at a maximum of 10 rooms per cardmember per booking. Split bills are strictly not allowed.
  6. Offer is subject to a Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night for non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders.
  7. Prior room booking is encouraged and is subject to availability.
