  2. Payment must be made with a valid UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single receipt.
  3. Offer is valid for redemption at all Four Beans Soy Desserts outlets.
  4. The offer is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.
  5. All prices may be subject to service charge, delivery charges and prevailing government taxes.
  6. Offer is valid on weekdays only between 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
  7. Debit card that is linked to Islamic current/savings account shall be subject to its terms and conditions for the purchase of Shariah-compliant goods and services only.
  8. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and redemptions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
  9. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials relating to this promotion, Four Beans Soy Desserts’ terms and conditions shall prevail.
