  2. Unless otherwise stated, all times for this promotion are in Beijing Time.

    a. Rooms Discount:
    During the Promotion Period, Visa cardholders who book, pay and stay at the following participating hotels ("Participating Hotels") can enjoy a 10% discount on the eligible room rate. Depending on the number of guests, the room rate includes one or two breakfasts. Specific applicable room types and detailed terms are subject to the individual offer terms of each Participating Hotel.
    • Park Hyatt Beijing: All room types included.
    • Park Hyatt Hangzhou: Excludes Park King and Park Twin rooms; all other room types included. 
    • Park Hyatt Suzhou: Excludes Park King and Park Twin rooms; all other room types included.
    • Park Hyatt Shenzhen: Excludes Park King and Park Twin rooms; all other room types included.

    b. Dining Discount:
    During the Promotion Period, Visa cardholders can enjoy a 15% discount on dining consumption at the following Participating Hotels. Specific applicable venues and detailed terms are subject to the individual offer terms of each Participating Hotel.
    • Park Hyatt Beijing: Applies to food and beverage consumption for hotel dine-in only. Excludes retail merchandise (such as souvenirs, gifts, packaged food products), Chinese tea and other packaged beverages, set menus, private dining rooms, room service, banquet events or any other types of spending. Not available on the following dates: February 14, August 19 (Qixi Festival), 24 December 2026, 25 December 2026, and 31 December 2026.
    • Park Hyatt Hangzhou: Applies to food and beverage consumption for hotel dine-in only. Excludes retail merchandise (such as souvenirs, gifts, packaged food products), Chinese tea and other packaged beverages, set menus, private dining rooms, room service, banquet events or any other types of spending. Not available on the following dates: 14 February 2026, 19 August 2026 (Qixi Festival), 24 December 2026, 25 December 2026, and 31 December 2026.
    • Park Hyatt Suzhou: Applies to food and beverage consumption for hotel dine-in only. Excludes packaged beverages, room service, banquet events or any other types of spending.
    • Park Hyatt Shenzhen: Applies to both food and beverage consumption for hotel dine-in only. Excludes packaged beverages, room service, banquet events or any other types of spending.
  4. This offer is available to Visa cardholders globally. At check-in and when dining, cardholders must present their valid Visa card and use it to settle all room charges and dining expenses. If the cardholder fails to present their valid Visa card at check-in, the Participating hotel reserves the right to charge the cardholder the standard walk-in rate or cancel the discounted booking.
  5. This offer is only applicable to bookings made through Hyatt's official channels (namely the Hyatt official website, World of Hyatt App, and Hyatt's official Wechat mini-program). Bookings must be made by registered World of Hyatt members logged into their member accounts. Bookings made through the reservation center, online travel agencies, or other non-official channels are not eligible for this offer.
  6. This offer is subject to room availability at the Participating Hotels. The terms and conditions applicable to the publicly available booking rates of each Participating Hotel apply.
  7. Visa reserves the right to cancel a cardholder's participation in this offer and revoke any benefits already obtained if it is determined that the cardholder has engaged in fraudulent transactions, attempted to obtain the offer maliciously, violated laws or regulations, or participated through improper means.
  8. The cardholder's account must be in a normal state of activation, and there are no abnormal statuses such as overdue repayment, account expiration, card number change, suspension, freezing or invalidation to participate in this promotion. If the cardholder's account has an abnormal status, the cardholder will not be able to enjoy the corresponding offer, and the cardholder shall not claim any form of compensation for this.
  9. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers and does not apply to group bookings of 20 or more persons. If a Participating Hotel sets a lower or different threshold for what constitutes a group booking, the hotel’s specific rules prevail.
  10. Each Participating Hotel are solely responsible for fulfilling and providing its own offer, including availability, rates, and service.
