  2. Payment must be made with a valid UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single receipt. Split bills are strictly not allowed.
  3. Offer is valid at selected Parkson stores and participating brands counters only. Participating brands may vary by outlet.
  4. Offer is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
  5. Offer is limited to one redemption per customer throughout the offer period.
  6. Offer is not stackable with other current ongoing offers.
  7. To redeem the offer, customers must mention the offer at the payment counter and present a valid UOB Credit or Debit Card.
  8. The complimentary gifts are offered by participating brands and are subject to the respective brand’s minimum spend requirement and qualifying criteria.
  9. Participating brands reserve the right to substitute complimentary gifts with items of similar value without prior notice.
  10. The complimentary gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and refundable for cash, credit or any other items.
  11. The minimum spend excludes service charge and/or prevailing government taxes.
  12. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any promotional material relating to this promotion, Parkson’s terms and conditions shall prevail.
  13. All prices may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  14. Debit card that is linked to Islamic current/savings account shall be subject to its terms and conditions for the purchase of Shariah-compliant goods and services only.
  15. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and redemptions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
  16. UOB is not agent of merchant, their subsidiary or affiliates and makes no representation/warranties/endorsement as to the quality/merchantability/fitness of the goods and services provided ("Product") and shall not be liable for any injury/loss/damages suffered from use of Product.
