  1. Cashback is capped at RM150 per customer throughout the eligible offer period.
  2. Customers can earn up to RM150 cashback on card-on-file and/or auto-billing transactions that are successfully posted/billed to their card account throughout the eligible offer period with at least one (1) of the transactions posted/billed from the insurance category.
  3. Card-on-file transactions (minimum spend of RM100) refer to any transactions where the customer authorises a merchant to store the customer’s card payment details, which will subsequently be used for payment. A card-on-file transaction can be initiated by the customer (such as an e-commerce or mail/phone order transaction) or a merchant (following an agreement between the customer and the merchant).
  4. Auto-billing transactions refer to any transactions where a customer or supplementary cardmember instructs or authorises a merchant to charge an amount to the customer’s credit card account using the card number on a recurring basis for insurance, utility services and/or telecommunications categories.
  5. Card-on-file and/or auto-billing transactions billed/posted outside of the eligible offer period are not considered qualifying transactions eligible for the cashback.
  6. To be eligible for the cashback, all card-on-file and auto-billing transactions made during the respective eligible offer period must be captured in UOB Malaysia’s system and posted no later than the 7th day from the end of the respective eligible offer period.
