  2. Payment must be made with a valid UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single receipt.
  3. Package(s) sold are non-refundable.
  4. Offer is applicable for all SUKA Kembara & SUKA Flexi Package bookings only.
  5. Bookings must be made through any of SUKA Agents. List of SUKA Agents can be found at www.sukakembara.com. Customer is to mention the promo code to SUKA Agent prior to making any booking.
  6. Offer is not applicable during blackout period (travel during peak seasons, public holidays, or long weekends may be subject to blackout dates or additional surcharges).
  7. Offer is limited to 30 pax/day on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the daily quota has been fully redeemed, the promotion will no longer be available for that day.
  8. Any changes to travel dates, passenger details or destinations after booking are subject to availability, applicable charges and SUKA Travel’s terms and conditions.
  9. Offer is limited to one redemption per eligible customer/transaction.
  10. Once redeemed, changes to travel dates, changes of participant or changes of destination may incur fees and are subject to SUKA Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd’s terms and conditions.
  11. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials relating to this promotion, SUKA Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd’s terms and conditions shall prevail.
