  1. Offer is valid for bookings and stays from now to 31 December 2026
  2. Advanced reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
  3. Guests must quote the promotional rate code “MCSTAY26” upon making reservation. 
  4. A stay of at least 3 consecutive nights is required to avail of this offer.
  5. Offer is not applicable during blackout period 
  6. Prepayment in full use of a valid Mastercard is required at the time of booking. 
  7. Payment is non-refundable for cancellations, shortened stays, or amendments, and the rate will not be adjusted towards any incidentals.
  8. The Mastercard used at the time of booking must be presented during check-in for verification, and payment must be made with the same card. 
  9. Amendments to stay dates are subject to a rate adjustment at the time they are made.
  10. All rates quoted are subject to 8% government tax (SST). 
  11. A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders. 
  12. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. 
  13. Debit card that is linked to Islamic current/savings account shall be subject to its own terms and conditions for the purchase of Shariah-compliant goods and services only.
  14. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
