Minimum Income Requirement
RM120,000 per annum
Age Requirement
Principal Cardmember: Age 21 or older
Supplementary Cardmember: Age 18 or older
Annual Fee
Principal: RM600
Supplementary: RM300
Required Documents - Malaysian
Salaried employees
- Photocopy of MyKad (both sides)
- Latest 3 months’ salary slip (1)
AND any of the following
- Latest Form B/BE (supported with tax payment receipt)
- Latest EPF statement
- Latest 3 months bank statements
- Latest BE Form with tax receipt
Self-employed
- Photocopy of MyKad (both sides)
- Photocopy of Business Registration Form
- Latest BE Form with tax receipt
- Latest 6 months bank statement (showing business turnover)
