  2. Payment must be made with a valid UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single receipt.
  3. Offer is valid for redemption at all Dermique outlets in Malaysia except Dermique Iskandar Puteri (Johor).
  4. The offer is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.
  5. All prices may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes. 
  6. Advance booking of an appointment is required. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
  7. In the event where the selected outlet is unable to accommodate the appointment, Dermique reserves the right to reassign the booking to another participating outlet to ensure service availability.
  8. All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment prior to the treatment service.
  9. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials relating to this promotion, Dermique’s terms and conditions shall prevail. 
  10. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
