  * 20% of the premium paid will be refunded upon renewal of the policy subject there isn’t any claim in the previous policy period, and the policy is still in force.

Duration of cover is for one year as stated in the Certificate of Insurance. You need to pay the insurance cover on a monthly basis via credit/ debit card instruction.

Eligibility

Insured & spouse between the ages of 18 to 59. Family coverage for up to a maximum of 3 children above 6 months old but under the age of 18 years or 25 years old if studying full-time.

Policy renewable up to age 75 years

Enrolment applies to all Malaysians and Permanent Residents. (Occupation 1,2 and 3). *Occupation class 3 enrol Plan A only.

Only one policy is allowed for one customer.

Must be a UOB Credit/Debit Card customer.
