  1. UOB Malaysia customers who are a Malaysian or permanent resident of Malaysia. And for family plan, the spouse and children who are residing in Malaysia.
  2. Eligible age at the inception of cover:
    • UOB Malaysia entry and/or his/her legal spouse aged 18 years to 60 years old, renewable up to age 70 years old.
    • His/Her children aged 6 months up to 18 years old or up to 25 years if still studying full time.
