Clear Aligners treatment package excludes scanning, consultation fees or any additional dental procedure fees when required. Complimentary whitening kit set consist of one (1) unit of LED light device, three (3) unit of whitening gel and one (1) chargeable type c cable. In the event the complimentary whitening kit set is out of stock, Dr Clear Aligners reserves the right to replace it with an item similar in value. All prices will be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
